These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Explore More Destinations membership program ("EMD", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any membership, promotional vacation, website, reservation platform, travel benefit, or related service offered through Explore More Destinations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Explore More Destinations is a travel membership and lifestyle savings program that provides members access to travel-related discounts, promotional vacation offers, travel benefits, accommodations, resort inventory, booking assistance, and other member services through EMD and/or its affiliated travel suppliers, fulfillment providers, wholesalers, resorts, travel agencies, cruise providers, and technology partners. EMD is not a seller of real property, timeshare interests, or vacation ownership interests. Participation in the Program does not guarantee specific savings, availability, accommodations, destinations, travel dates, pricing, or inventory. All travel services are subject to availability and supplier participation.

Certain memberships, promotions, or packages may include promotional vacation certificates, bonus vacations, hotel stays, cruises, resort accommodations, airfare incentives, travel credits, concierge services, or other travel-related benefits. Promotional vacations are offered for promotional purposes only and may be subject to qualification requirements, activation requirements, reservation fees, taxes, resort fees, processing fees, seasonal surcharges, availability limitations, supplier restrictions, blackout periods, holiday limitations, advance booking requirements, and occupancy limitations. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, airfare, transportation, meals, and incidental charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the traveler.

Explore More Destinations is not a timeshare company. Unless specifically disclosed for a particular promotional offer, there is no obligation to purchase real estate, timeshare ownership, vacation ownership, or club membership in order to utilize travel benefits. Certain promotional offers may require attendance at a sales presentation, webinar, virtual event, resort preview, or travel club presentation as part of the promotional qualification process, and any such requirement will be disclosed in the applicable promotional materials.

All reservations are strictly subject to availability. EMD does not guarantee specific resorts, hotels, room types, exact travel dates, destinations, uninterrupted inventory, or continued supplier participation. Comparable substitutions may be provided when necessary. Availability may vary based on seasonality, destination demand, holidays, resort occupancy, supplier inventory, and travel restrictions. Advance reservation requests are strongly recommended. Holiday travel periods are limited and may require additional fees or upgraded accommodations.

Members are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining current contact information, reviewing all confirmation documents, complying with supplier rules, obtaining proper travel documentation, and paying all applicable fees, taxes, resort fees, and incidental charges. Guests who fail to comply with supplier requirements, qualification requirements, or reservation procedures may forfeit all or part of their travel benefits without refund.

By purchasing or activating any membership or travel promotion, Member authorizes EMD and/or its authorized fulfillment providers to process all applicable charges. Fees may include membership fees, activation fees, reservation fees, administrative fees, upgrade fees, taxes, supplier fees, resort fees, cancellation fees, and reinstatement fees. Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing, all payments, processing fees, and promotional purchases are non-refundable and final. Returned payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in suspension of benefits, cancellation of membership, collections activity, legal action, and recovery of attorney fees and administrative costs.

Member acknowledges that many Program benefits, confirmations, invitations, certificates, disclosures, and redemption instructions are delivered electronically via email, SMS, online portal, or digital access platform. Member is responsible for checking spam or junk folders, ensuring deliverability, maintaining valid email addresses, and reviewing all provided materials. Failure to review delivered materials does not invalidate the transaction or create entitlement to refunds.

Unless prohibited by applicable law or specifically stated otherwise in writing, all sales are final, memberships are non-refundable, promotional fees are non-refundable, and unused benefits hold no cash value. Certain jurisdictions may provide statutory cancellation or rescission rights and, where required by law, those rights shall apply solely to the extent mandated. Unused travel benefits may expire according to the terms associated with the specific offer or membership level. Expired benefits may, at EMD's sole discretion, be reinstated subject to payment of reinstatement or administrative fees.

Certain promotional vacations or travel benefits may be transferable to another individual upon approval by EMD and payment of applicable transfer fees. Transferred benefits remain subject to all original promotional terms, qualification requirements, and expiration dates. EMD reserves the right to deny transfers that appear fraudulent, abusive, commercial in nature, or inconsistent with Program rules.

EMD acts solely as a membership administrator, promotional provider, reservation facilitator, or fulfillment intermediary. Hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, transportation providers, travel agencies, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties and are not owned, operated, controlled, or managed by EMD. EMD is not responsible for supplier defaults, bankruptcy, overbooking, acts of God, weather, labor disputes, pandemics, government restrictions, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, personal injury, property loss, travel interruptions, or supplier negligence. All travel is undertaken at the Member's own risk.

Members may not abuse reservation systems, submit fraudulent disputes, misrepresent qualification information, commercially resell benefits, or engage in abusive behavior toward staff, suppliers, or partners. EMD reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for fraud, abuse, excessive cancellations, chargeback activity, supplier complaints, policy violations, or conduct deemed harmful to the Program. Termination for cause shall not entitle Member to refunds.

By providing contact information, Member expressly consents to receive calls, emails, SMS messages, prerecorded messages, and automated communications from EMD and its affiliated partners regarding memberships, reservations, promotions, customer support, and related travel services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to SMS messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMD's total liability arising from any claim related to the Program shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Member directly to EMD for the specific membership or promotional benefit at issue. EMD shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, lost profits, emotional distress, travel disruption, or punitive damages.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Program, promotional offers, reservations, or membership benefits shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada. Member knowingly waives the right to trial by jury, participation in class actions, and participation in representative proceedings. Arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association or similar arbitration provider selected by EMD.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any permitted legal proceeding shall be exclusively located in Clark County, Nevada.

EMD reserves the right to modify membership benefits, substitute suppliers, change pricing, revise promotional offerings, update reservation procedures, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Member and Explore More Destinations and supersede all prior verbal or written communications, representations, marketing statements, or understandings relating to the Program. No verbal representation by sales agents, representatives, marketers, or third parties shall modify these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by EMD.
